The Capital Express Balanced Fund was established to provide investors and/or their beneficiaries and dependents with long term capital appreciation and to optimize investors’ total returns comprising dividend and interest income through investment in a selected portfolio of securities and instruments as specified in Clause 8.1 of the Trust Deed.
The Fund seeks to achieve this objective by investing as follows:
- 20% < 60% in Fixed Income Securities;
- 20% < 60% in Money Market Instruments, and
- 40% < 60% in Quoted Securities (Incl: Real Estate Notes)
