The objective of the Fund is to provide investors and/or their beneficiaries and dependents with long term capital appreciation and to optimize investors’ total returns comprising dividend and interest income through investment in a selected portfolio of securities.
The “Capital Express Balanced Fund” is an actively traded and managed open ended Collective Investment Scheme.
It is registered in Nigeria as a Unit Trust Scheme under section 125 of the Investment Securities Act and governed by a Trust Deed. It is also listed by memorandum on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
