MR. ANTHONY ALETOR

Mr. Anthony Aletor is the Managing Director of the Company.
He is a versatile financial services player with diverse experience.
Mr. Aletor holds a BSc degree in Insurance from University of Lagos and MBA from University of Ibadan. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and Nigeria as well as a dealing clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange Mr. Aletor is a Chartered Insurer and Investment Analyst with cognate experience spanning over two (2) decades, and he is also a major player in the Nigerian Insurance Industry.
He is a member of many professional bodies such as: Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers, Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Management, Institute of Directors, and Association of Pension Funds Managers.
Mr. Aletor is a Chartered Insurer and Investment Analyst with cognate experience spanning over two (2) decades, and he is also a major player in the Nigerian Insurance Industry. CHIEF ANDREW ODIGIE
Director
Mr. Andrew Odigie, a director of the Company.A fellow of Chartered Accountant. He retired as the Group Finance Director, Femi Johnson &Co., a reputable firm of Insurance Brokers in Nigeria. His contribution to the Insurance industry changed the transaction dynamics of the sector. He served as the Chairman of the Ibadan and District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria between 1988 and 1990.
MR. KAYODE FANIMOKUN
Director
Mr. Kayode Fanimokun, a director of the Company Kayode holds a degree in Accounting and Man MBA. He is also a fellow of the insititute of Chartered Accountants of Nigera (ICAN).
He is a finance executive with over 28 years progressive experience in corporate banking, finance, internal controls and audit, corporate governance, risk and compliance management in start-ups, turnaround and fast growth business organizations across West and East Africa and United Kingdom.
He has a hands-on experience in developing and implementing financial strategies, controls framework and management systems necessary to support business operations. This is in addition to a track record of identifying financial, operational and compliance related control weaknesses and formulating recommendations to improve the company’s control environment.
At different times, he has handled high value financing deals for a number of top and middle tier companies in the Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Foods and Hospitalities and Financial Services sectors as well as some public sector corporations. He has vast experience in assessing current financial position and requirements of organizations and advising them on beneficial financing package.
Kayode has also managed a number of public sector consulting projects at the Federal and State levels in Nigeria. Furthermore, he is an experienced internal and external facilitator in several bank and non-bank financial services training programs.
He holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
MRS. ABIOLA MACUALAY
Director
She is a graduate of Accountancy from Bayero University, Kano and obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Ado-Ekiti. As well as Executive Diploma from University of Lagos. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a talented and adept Capital Market operator with over 20 years cognate working experience in the Advisory, Restructuring and Capital Market. Over the years, she has led numerous project teams advising either the Nigeria Government or Corporate Institutions on major financial transactions.
She is primarily responsible for the group’s Corporate Finances activities. In this capacity, she has managed numerous diverse transactions, Small Medium and Enterprise (SME) business, and mergers & acquisitions amongst which are setting up, monitoring and evaluation of the SMEIS programmes, divestment Access Subsidiaries , Access Bank /Intercontinental Acquisitions and Merger, Wema Takeover, First Inland Bank merger, privatization of African Petroleum, packaging of Crusader Insurance, packaging of A-Z Mutual Funds, Intercontinental Bank Plc merger and public offer etc. She fully understands the dynamics of professional due diligence processes and other coordination issues peculiar to privatization.
She has attended several local and foreign courses among which are Marketing Financial Services by Lagos Business School, Integrated Financial Management School by Euromoney South Africa and Private Wealth, Portfolio Management by Euromoney, London and International Housing Finance Program, Wharton University of Pennsylvania, USA.
