Osahon Idemudia ESQ. is an accomplished legal practitioner with wide ranging trial practice experience in advocacy, Commercial Law, Real Estate and Construction Law. His legal protocol, developed to mitigate failure risk in large scale real estate and construction contracts, is an invaluable asset in real Estate transactions and transaction matrix. He has extensive practice in the Nigerian High Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria and has represented as State Counsel in Civil Litigation in the office of the Federal Attorney General and Minister of Justice. He supports the company’s long-term goals by offering guidance on governance practices and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
