Olufemi Obaleke

Olufemi Obaleke (HCIB) possess over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, including senior management roles in Access Bank and Sterling Bank. His expertise spans sales, business development, treasury, international operations, and branch expansion. He also served as Executive Director at Coronation Insurance Plc, with responsibilities across retail, public sector, and international markets. Mr. Obaleke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration. A member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, he has attended executive programs in leading business schools both in Nigeria and abroad.
Francis Oketola

Mr. Francis Oketola brings over 30 years of experience in finance, audit, internal control, performance management, and strategy. He began his career at KPMG, where he gained extensive audit experience across multiple sectors, before moving into banking with EIB International Bank (now Polaris Bank), where he led financial planning and performance measurement functions. A Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN), Mr. Oketola holds a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Maiduguri and a postgraduate degree in Economics from Lagos State University. His presence on the board strengthens the company’s ability to make prudent, growth-oriented decisions that align with both stakeholder expectations and long-term objectives.
Olayinka Aletor, Esq.

Chief Mrs. Olayinka Aletor is a distinguished professional with a rich and diverse educational background spanning the humanities, law, and business. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and subsequently bagged a Law degree at the prestigious University of Ibadan. With several professional certifications, further sharpening her leadership and administrative skills. Mrs. Aletor has demonstrated keen insight into business and corporate governance, consistently bringing strategic value to the institutions she serves. Her professional journey includes a notable tenure with the Council of Legal Education, where she leveraged her expertise to contribute meaningfully to the advancement and reform of legal education in Nigeria.
Rotimi Martins

Chief Rotimi Martins is a distinguished business leader with decades of experience in project management, business operations, aviation, ICT and hospitality. He has led innovative national initiatives, including the design and implementation of Nigeria’s enhanced Driver’s License and Vehicle License Plate systems under the National Universal Licensing Scheme (NULS). He has also held executive roles across several companies. Chief Martins is an alumnus of University of Lagos (BSc in Computer Science), UCLA (MSc in Systems Engineering). His capacity for evaluating risks, guiding corporate strategy, and contributing to sustainable governance makes him a vital part of the board’s leadership and oversight functions.
Aliyu Ahmed

Alh. Aliyu Ahmed, OON, NPOM, is a seasoned public finance and economic policy expert with over three decades of distinguished service in national and international institutions. He served as Permanent Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Finance (2020–2023) and previously held strategic roles at the World Bank, including Senior Advisor for Angola, Nigeria and South Africa. He holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Masters degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde (UK) and MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos. Alh. Ahmed has served on the boards of top-tier institutions including the Central Bank of Nigeria, NNPC Limited, MOFI, AFREXIM Bank and the OPEC Fund. He was also a member of Nigeria’s Monetary Policy Committee (2020–2023).
